International Women's Day

Last night was by far the best event I've been to. It started as the usual hassle before the event but never thought it will end so well.

Microsoft had a very intimate party to celebrate International Women's Day. Their panel discussion was really overwhelming to my ears. I was so enlightened and empowered with their words.

 But the highlight of the whole event for me was when Maria Ressa spoke in front. It was by far the flawless speaker I've ever seen. She really have everyone's attention the moment Yvie introduced her. Maria Ressa, you are such an inspiration to me and a whole lot of other woman. You inspired me to venture into journalism and I will not give up my dream to be a writer and inspire people through a God given gift.
