The Aftermath

While I was pregnant I gave myself at least 3 months to shed the baby weight and firm up loose skin, but because I gave birth through C-Section I'm no allowed to do anything strenuous for it might open my stitches. At first I thought, "What a bummer! How the hell will I lose the 30lbs I gained?" [before pregnancy: 93lbs; during pregnancy (9th month):123lbs] but a week after giving birth I already lost 10lbs, and I thought, "Yey! 20lbs to go. I think I can still lose that much weight before going back to work, but how will I do that since I'm still not allowed to exercise?!" But that was 3 weeks ago, now...

Already lost a lot of that post pregnancy weight, Yey to me!
In just a month I've already shed most of the weight I wanted to lose, now I only need to firm up a few loose skin and I'm all set. Got myself thinking, pre-pregnancy I wanted to gain weight so bad and now I think I want my weight to be no less than 100lbs.

And with that, I just busted the breastfeeding myth. You do lose more weight when you're breastfeeding. YEY TO BREASTFEEDING.
