Twinkle

Its been weeks since I really spent (quality) time with my daughter because of work. I leave the house early, work over time and go home in the wee hours of the night. With that kind of schedule the only time I spend with my daughter is that few minutes before we sleep. She has this habit of waiting for me to arrive, so I get to be the one to wash her, brush her teeth and put her to bed.

Since she's always been fond of stars, and just recently I bought more glow-in-the-dark stars to add to her collection. We always look at those and count them before we go to sleep. A few months ago, she made me sing to her "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Stars" (tikle tikle to her own words) ever since then, that has been my new lullaby to her.
